At Alev Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original branded packaging and include all certificates of authenticity to ensure safe transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
